We are pleased to announce that PoloPlast is now a UNI/PdR 125:2022 certified company for Gender Equality.

This is a very important step for us to contribute to spreading the culture of the utmost respect for the person, freedom and individual human dignity.

Following this result, we confirm and reinforce PoloPlast's commitment to the prevention of workplace harassment.

This commitment includes not only physical violence, but also verbal abuse, and any behaviour that creates a hostile or intimidating work environment.

How do we do this?

Organising regular training sessions

It is essential to take measures to prevent harassment in all work environments.

This includes implementing clear policies, regularly training employees, establishing a reporting system and promoting a culture based on respect and inclusion.

Through a thorough analysis of the corporate climate

A comprehensive workplace harassment risk assessment involves identifying and analysing factors that could contribute to inappropriate behaviour.

Such an assessment should include reviewing policies and procedures, a thorough analysis of the corporate climate, gathering feedback from employees and understanding the relational dynamics within the organisation.

Using our reporting system

It is important to evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes aimed at preventing harassment and to establish clear reporting mechanisms for employees.

Through our reporting system, we encourage all staff to report any problems anonymously.

In a short time, the report will be handled directly by the quality department, which, after careful analysis, will assess how to take action.
