1 Raise awareness
To raise awareness of diversity and inclusion among our employees, we organise various workshops on topics such as intercultural awareness and inclusive language.

2 Embracing change
We conduct a careful analysis of our selection procedures, from job advertisements to the induction process, with the aim of constantly ensuring that diversity and inclusion are protected.

3 Improving processes
We are constantly working to make our processes more inclusive, for example by using inclusive language in our application system, in our consumer contacts and in many other touchpoints.

Our Commitment
Gender equality at PoloPlast is the result of a process that has involved the corporate culture and led to the inclusion of the gender perspective within the organisational vision
